The SMU Athletic Department, in conjunction with the SMU Lettermen's Association, has announced the inaugural class of its Athletics Hall of Fame. The 2008 inductees - football players Forrest Gregg and Lamar Hunt, swimmer Martina Moravcova and golfer Payne Stewart - will be honored at an induction dinner and ceremony at 7 p.m. May 2 at the Hotel Palomar. Former Mustang and Dallas Cowboys football great Don Meredith will serve as honorary chair. Read more.

The volleyball team (right) hosts its spring tournament this April 5 in Moody Coliseum and Crum Basketball Center. The Mustangs will welcome teams from Ole Miss, UTA, Texas State, Abilene Christian, TCU, Texas Tech, UTEP and Frank Phillips to compete in a total of 16 matches. Read more.
