Pear-adise: SMU Chef Tim Whiteside will present his award-winning Champagne Poached Orange Pears while pianist Bill Greene plays seasonal selections at the SMU Faculty Club‘s “Champagne Holiday” party, 4-6 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Faculty Club.
