Truth in Translation, a vivid account of events in South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission, made its U.S. premiere Sept. 6 at SMU. Audiences for all four shows were encouraged to post their thoughts on a “graffiti wall” in the Owen Arts Center lobby and an SMU Web site created for the purpose.
“I have never experienced a cast who acted with such emotion,” posted attendee William Caldwell. “It was more than ‘acting.’ It was ‘living.'” Read more and share your own thoughts at the Truth in Translation blog.
