About the speaker: Paul B. Thompson holds the W.K. Kellogg Chair in Agricultural, Food and Community Ethics at Michigan State University. He has written widely on food ethics, and has served both industrial commodity producer groups and the American Humane Association in an advisory capacity for animal welfare. His book, From Field to Fork: Food Ethics for Everyone was published by Oxford University Press in 2015.
