Suggestion: Please remove the system block on the usb drive on the SMU only computers. I can’t access my jump drive on any of the computers :(
Answer: Our library IT folks think that this was most likely an individual flash drive problem. Users save to and retrieve files from their flash drives at public computers constantly. If they couldn’t, things would grind to a halt! We encourage anyone with this kind of problem to talk to folks at the tech help or reference desk for personal assistance. In this case, we contacted the individual and hopefully resolved his or her problem.
