Over the holiday the library upgraded its ProQuest Dissertations & Theses database interface. This resource contains citations to 2.3 million documents from around the world going as far back to 1861. Many of the newer dissertations are available full-text.

When searching this database you might prefer the advance search page [see image below], which includes ability to search on a school or advisor’s name. While papers from SMU are in the database, please note that inclusion is an option and some graduates choose not to make theirs publicly accessible.
