Finals week is a stressful time of the year for any university campus. Research shows that effectively managing stress improves memory, mood, and academic performance. The “Week of Wellness” is a series of events and activities that the libraries, with our friends across campus, are hosting to help students alleviate stress and finish the semester strong. Events and activities include therapy dogs, late night snacks, extended hours, brain breaks stations, meditation workshop, study tips and more!
