The rendering of SMU’s new Residential Commons complex shows the five buildings and dining facility that will comprise the complex, to be located adjacent to the Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports and Ford Stadium and near the George W. Bush Presidential Center.

The Residential Commons complex will fulfill a key University priority by enabling additional students to live on campus in a tightly knit learning community that includes faculty and their families. It also will enable SMU to implement a new requirement that sophomores live on campus.

SMU is continuing to seek contributions in support of this crucial project. Significant naming opportunities remain for those wishing to provide funds for construction. Gifts at any level in support of the Commons are also welcome. For additional information, please contact Pam Conlin, assistant vice president for University Development, at 214-768-3738 or pconlin@smu.edu.
